Bergen
County NJ SKYWARN Net Frequency Information
- When SKYWARN is activated by
the National Weather Service, Bergen County NJ SKYWARN
Nets will be conducted on the W2PQG 2 Meter Amateur Radio Repeater
(146.700 Mhz, Negative 600kHz Input Offset, PL 141.3 - Note: PL is
normally NOT required to access the repeater during a SKYWARN Net) or
as indicated below. These will be directed Nets. In the event
the Primary Repeater is not available, information on
backup frequencies is listed below.

- Please Note: On all Bergen County SKYWARN Nets,
any and all reports of NWS defined
Severe Weather will be taken and forwarded to the appropriate NWS
Forecast Office. You do not need to be located in Bergen County to report developing or occurring NWS
defined Severe Weather on a Bergen County SKYWARN Net. We do
request that only the specific information requested by the Net Control
Station be reported on the Net so as to insure that all reports of
developing or occurring Severe Weather can be quickly handled and
processed. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
